Prof. Erold Naomab

Dr Naomab is the Vice-Chancellor of the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). Prior to his appointment as Vice-Chancellor at NUST, he was the Assistant Pro Vice-Chancellor at the University of Namibia (UNAM). He holds a PhD from the University of Nottingham (UK), obtained with distinction a Master of Research in Strategic Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University (UK), a Master of Science from UNAM, which he also passed cum laude and awarded the Chancellor’s Medal for overall best student.

Dr Naomab was honoured with several Professional and Technical Awards in Higher Education Leadership, Innovation and Strategy. These were obtained from the Association of Commonwealth Universities, Leibniz Institute for New Materials in (INM) Germany, and UNAM. He has authored several publications and holds internationally registered IP from his research work.
